I thought liquid only comes in just a few forms : Water (so-so flavoring), Milk (Much better than water and yummy when those cows are eatting chocolate bars), Coffee (what milk was designed for) and Soda (pepsi, and when sick 7up).
I stopped drinking soda at the start of this school year... best decision I've ever made, in that regard. It just dehydrates your body and addes extra sodium and sugar.
