As some of you know, I have a little popup camper and love to go camping.....
Our favorite little "best kept secret" little local campground that we make short weekend getaways to, Hickories Park in Owego NY, took a beating during the unprecedented flooding of our area in June. We had stayed in the park just a few weeks before the flooding hit! I had heard it was bad, but I just found aerial photos showing just HOW bad
The river has overtaken the campsites!

I hear that cleanup is progressing and the park has limited camping sites open, but it will be LONG time before things get back to "normal".
