Ugh - my nose is stuffed up. Can I vacuum it out?

I'd put a vacuum up to my nose - that much provide enough suction (although - I'm afraid my brains might get sucked out at the same time....)......lol

'Stuffed up' could be either
mucus and other crap, or swollen nasal passages, or both. Vacuuming isn't going to help if it's inflammation, but please post pics
