UGH! My laptop's video card finally crapped out on me

Yeah, so my laptop's video finally crapped out on me. A problem that use to be resolved by a few good restarts, is now whenever I boot the video remains 'scrambled' the whole time. Think of a YTMND with a 4x4 pixel picture that changes random colors and is completely impossible to read, very weird shit! And because my warranty on it is up, I'm planning on swapping or buying a simalar video card to replace it, but now that I have everything off I can't find the damn thing. IBM has all sorts of videos for HDD, modem, keyboard, and memory removal, but no video card. So I'm just looking for some suggestions on where it may be. Will take pictures if it helps. It's an IBM Thinkpad r50. Thanks guys

I don't believe the Thinkpad R50 has a videocard. It has the video chips on the motherboard - not user replaceable. RMA!
