Well, this is my first post on DSL, and wow, but....

After a million and half problems, wrong parts shipped, conflicting techies telling us different things, etc, we finally have DSL running. But it's not the plan we ordered. It's literally 1/2 the speed of what we should be getting. And now we can't call them to fix it until Monday. Oh well.
