ugh is it just me or does email support suck?

in this week i've contacted two companies via email to ask them questions, and both times i get some canned faq response that DOES NOT ADDRESS MY QUESTION IN ANY WAY. do these people even read my question? are there even people? maybe it's just some kind of keyword processer... my GOD :disgust: :roll: :thumbsdown:

this is why you're pretty much forced to call India for help.
 
i've had issues with email support- they can take ages to respond.... i just got a response from a VOIP provider after 3 weeks.
