Ugh.... interviews suck

Its that time of year, when companies are recruiting for full time positions. Anyone have any tips on how to do a good job interviewing with companies when you really aren't that interested in every one of them? Some of these companies I am interviewing with only as a backup in case something else falls through.

Im just using some of them as a safety net in case the big companies dont pan out. Am I alone in this thinking or do other people do it too?
