Ugh!!!!! I just spent 2 hours fixing my friend's PC

This guy has a PC that he and his brother use. It has been acting strange with locks-ups and broken programs.

I didn't take me long to figure out why. His brother has been visiting pron sites and was clicking OK to the popups.

It took me 2 hours to undo the damage with both SpyBot and Adaware. I updated windows and the browser. I installed a popup stopper and set IE to block 3rd party cookies.

He had no antivirus software either, so I will instal AVG.

I hope this will prevent future problems.
