what can i do without calling an exterminator and spending a BUTTLOAD of money?

If you want to do it yourself 2 things need to happen...

1. Spray to kill the ones in your house

2. Put down (outside in soil) posion traps.


You can probable find a do it yourself chemical place that sells what you need or yahoo search and see what happens.

What Skoorb said. I had carpenter ants, not quite as bad as termites but they still can damage your house. I called Ehrlich and they seemed to do a pretty good job.
