ugh I am in a pissy mood today

And for no particular reason, either. I just got to work and 5 minutes after I sit down some b!tch starts asking me about some anti-spam software they she installed any why it isn't working. Something like iHateSpam, had absolutely no configuration options whatsoever, no start menu and no registry settings, and it was dropping to the wrong folder. It just pissed me off even though I work with sh!tty, poorly-written software all day. For some reason the thought of having no configuration settings under the pretext of being 'easy to use' just irks me the wrong way!

Any hints on not going on a shooting spree come lunchtime?
