Ugh, formatted the wrong drive

I am an idiot. I was reinstalling windows and accidentally chose my storage drive rather than my primary to install to. I Quick Formatted the entire thing then partioned 20GB for the Windows install. I realized what I had done right after Windows had finished installing, so only about 4 GB of the 500GB drive has actually been overwritten. Is there anything I can do? I've been researching restoration utilities all day but I'm skeptical.
