OP: honestly, you've just gotta practice. If you're nervous during the test, take practice ones over and over in as close to the test environment as possible. if you have trouble with the math section, get a bunch of SAT books and do all the practice problems, check your answers, do the ones you got wrong over again, and repeat.
as far as verbal goes, you can drill words and stuff- but honestly, that kinda had to start years ago. my high verbal score was entirely due to a childhood and adolescence spent reading tons and tons of books.
