uggg sunflower seeds are killing me

our tech support dept has several 5 gallon buckets of Davids seeds, each bucket is packed with 1 3/4 ounce bags of them. i just ate (like a fool) two bags. Im feeling really f*cked up right now. Tongue is raw, my head feels like its going to pop.
