UG from current 23" to a 27"..Recommendations??

I wanted to UG to a larger 27" LCD (Currently using a Samsung 2333sw) and have narrowed it down to the following:

Viewsonic

I primarily play WOW and the Call of Duty MW and Black Ops. Would these choices be good for those types of games?

Should I look at something else? Are the prices pretty much going to hover around the $300 mark or should I wait until after X-mas for a possible price drop?

All those looks pretty much equivalent. I'd probably get the ASUS or Samsung for the 3 year warranty.
