What's the white thing in the sky? Back end of plane?

Is there water between the land and the mountains, hard to tell but it kinda looks like there might be. Could be a ship?

I'm thinking maybe the top of a cell tower but there is no indication of the tower itself, can't see it at all. If it's a ground structure, being that far out it must be huge.

Edit: NM I just saw the coords, no water. Looks like a water treatment plant, so some kind of structure having to do with that, but it's pretty big. Given this looks like a desert wonder if it's some kind of drilling rig to drill for well water?

I live in the area. There is no structure like that here. It’s definitely flying. Otherwise, it would be a UGO.

Think I found the angle but don't see anything in that general area that would look that tall, if you go in normal view and look around it would be casting a pretty big shadow if it was a land structure.

Street view of the lower middle house with brown roof if someone wants to inspect more:

Gather around everyone. What you saw was swamp gas.

I'm thinking that it's a rear view of a climbing A-10. A-10s are the most common plane flown out of the local air base. It doesn't quite fit and it's too white but it's the best I can come up with. The engines are very close together which limits the choices.

Dunno. Doesn't really look like a warthog to me, but the pic isn't great. Could get a lot of weirdness cause of distance and refraction.
