If it gets you off the couch and active, then yes its worth it. I used the wii fit board a couple years ago to start my excercise plan. After a few months of it I moved to just doing some pushups, situps, lunges, etc and a treadmill. But the wii was what got me started, so if the ufc trainer at least gets you started, then go for it.
I have heard bad things about the accuracy of the ufc game. My gf and I really enjoy fitness evolved 2012. It has good workouts. It was on sale for 29.99 at best buy for a while, might want to check.

This what I heard and have read in reviews as well. I did try the demo at Best Buy and it seemed ok.
I can vouch for Fitness Evolved 2012. I got in on the same 29.99 deal. It's great on days you just don't feel like going to the gym but want to burn some calories.
