UFC: night of champions.

wow i rented this tonight and it rocks.

im hooked i wrestled in highschool and did pretty well (wrestled in state finals) but damn those guys rock.

going to see if blockbuster has any others and rent them.
 
yeah i dubbed that video a few years back. Definately great to see how the sport of mixed martial arts fighting has evolved.

My favorite fights on the tape would be Tank Abbott vs Don Frye (non stop action baby with the surprise ending), Maurice Smith vs Mark Coleman, and Vitor Belfort vs Scott Ferozzo (because Belfort whoops his ASS)
 
yeah don frye kicked ass. i was hopeing they would show more of ken shamrock since i have heard he was pretty damn good.

heh now i wil have to rent the others blockbuster had. at least it drives my wife out of the living room =)
 
Most of the earlier UFC matches are fought between mediocre skilled people who were grossly out of shape (Tank Abbott). There were some excellent fighter though: Ken Shamrock and check out a guy called Orlandu Wiett. He's 1 bad kickboxer.
 
The UFC rocks, as does PRIDE!

If they have any PRIDE events to rent, check those out.

Plus, there's usually one of those two events on pay-per-view each month. If you don't feel like shelling out $20/month, invite 10 friends over to each chip in $2. It's well worth it.

Plus, on New Year's Eve, they always have a "Best of" show. Can't miss that one!
