UFC 123: Machida vs Rampage ( STREAM HERE )

I gave Machida the first and obviously the third. The second was very close but I gave it to Jackson.

I have a cold and Nyquil makes me loopy. I think the first 2 rounds were kind of a toss up but though Machida won the first easily and dominated the 3rd. Shit, even Rampage thought he lost.

Umm in the first round Rampage landed the only punch that mattered, an upper cut. Rampage had ring control and landed most of the stomps and knees against the cage.

I don't see how anyone can give the first or second to Machida. Machida only landed 4-5 leg kicks and that is all.

I scored the fight a draw because I felt that Machida got a 10-8 3rd round. He almost had Jackson out. I think if he had thrown a good knee, Jackson would have gone down.

1st: 10 - 9 Jackson
2nd: 10 - 9 Jackson
3rd: 10 - 8 Machida

28-28 draw IMO.

Yes, he got caught it's not like he's been KO'ed in 5 of his last 7 fights. He's been KO'ed twice in 53 fights. He'll be back, sometime a fighter gets unlucky last night was a perfect example. I'll even go as far as to say he's still a title contender. Penn was the better man last night but Hughes still has fight left in him. He has almost 3x as many fights as BJ, yet only has 1 more loss on his record.

I had this fight for Machida, 29-28 giving him round 1 and 3. I give the entire card a 4 at best. I cant stand watching Machida fight. The Penn KO was the only highlight of the night. So much for this being a much better card then the freebie last week, both were snoozes for me.

He thought it was a draw, nobody won that fight. He wants a rematch because he wasn't happy with his performance, no other reason than that. Quinton doesn't give 2 shits about people talking shit about him lol.

Rampage didnt control the fight at all. Hes an aggressive fighter..he wasnt agressive at all. Machida is a counter fighter and thats the game he played.

Hell even Rampage was shocked he won the fight.
