UFB Direct vs ING Direct

So my main saving pot is in ING Direct. I got it way back in the early 2000s when interest rates were good. Now I'm getting 1% to 1.1% depending on how much I keep in the account. UFB is giving out 1.3%...is it worth it to switch out for a few more decimal points in interest? Has anyone even heard or have used this bank?

True, not a lot...I think I'm mainly wondering if anyone has used them. Haven't been able to find too many reviews. Perhaps that is a sketchy sign.

I just opened an account with UFB and their system is a pain in the ass. First of all, in order to use the savings account you also need to open a checking account. They don't tell you that of course. You have to transfer to the checking first then funnel to the savings account.

It's also a pita to transfer money out. There's a bunch of security questions you have to answer every damn time.

That was exactly the info I was looking for, thanks. Yeah I had a weird feeling about their website. Yeah I got to say that ING is a plain Jane system that has never caused me any trouble so I think I'll stick with them. Sucks to hear of your experience though.
