UD question

I have just over 7000 points credited to me, but how come it only shows just over 3000 for the team. Any Ideas

The team stats are screwed up. I think you are looking at a restore or something.

It's the same for everybody

I'm not so sure they are screwed up (at least from UD's point of view), I think I read that the points credited to you depend a LOT on your 'device' scores. I know they clobber my stats because I'm on a dialup and I've only got 2gb of space on the partition where the client is installed. So I end up showing about 8500 total points in client interface and only 3815 on the Team Page.
I hope they will soon change this and also start supporting SMP.

xrayman - the stats are screwed up. UD is slowly admitting to the problem, at least based on their most recent remarks on their discussion forums.

Sometime around the April 24 - 25 timeframe, they apparently upgraded their servers. Just afterwards came a barrage of posts on their forums about missing results, corrupted results, inability to connect to their servers, and inconsistencies between personal stats and team stats.

In fact, just after those dates, many people (including myself) saw their team contribution suddenly disappear. For example, pre-April 24, someone might have had 5 results for personal and 5 credited to the team. Post-April 25, suddenly the stats pages showed 5 personal, 2 team. This was almost across the board and even you're seeing that in your stats. ALL personal stats should credit the team IF you started your processing from day one with that team. The point assignment system doesn't affect what points get credited to the team.

Ayer has posted that he was going to forward the problem on to be considered a "Known Issue".

We'll see.... 🙁

Poof, Thanks for the info, guess I'm the one that's all screwed up.
😕
Sure makes one appreciate the well mannered, well designed scheme from Dnet, eh?
