I recently bought this e1505 laptop. (btw where can I buy the missing keys from?)

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1

Almost 2 weeks later I get the package, and there are severel issues.

-The battery is 6 cell not 9 cell
-The wireless adaptor is dell not intel (I asked him and he told me in a e-mail that it's intel)
-No XP recovery CD
-The top of the laptop is scrached pretty heavily, and in the auction it states "typical scratches".. these scratches are more then typical, he didn't take care of the laptop at all.. (not a big issue but still bothers me, will take pic later)

I had trouble communicating with him (before and after I recieved the laptop), getting answers form him was like pulling teeth. I sent him an e-mail about how stuff is missing, the smaller battery, and dell wireless (which is crap everyone knows that), and this is what he answered me.

Hi Josh let me start off by saying the scratches were mentioned on the lid of the laptop, secondly the wireless adapter as mentioned is intel offspring and manufacturered by Intel Dell branded(Yes if youre wondering I am a seasoned Dell tech with A+ certification as well as 10 years experience with contractual experience with HP/Compaq DEll IBM etc.)With regard to the battery, the battery was remanufacturered via Onsite Battery and upgraded to 9 cell. The CD I can certainly accomodate you on that as the notation should not had been inserted or I can reimburse the cost that Dell charges to shop it to you.
Please do not misinterpret my e-mail,but certainly you know and must be aware that a notebook of identical specs online is $100-$200 additional currently on Ebay and I can certainly refernce and outline over 8 auctions ending within the next 12 hours.I always attempt to work with the buyer, however I do not believe in picking a part an item to severe degrees, one additional point if one were to challenge the point of the adpater for instance, the Dell adapter you are reffering to is in no way inferior to the Intel as they are both the same chipset, the price difference is $8.00.
The alter solution after speaking with Paypal and Ebay on this matter would be to request you ship the notebook back in the identical condition as when first rec. I can certianly reimburse in full,I am quite confident relisting will yield a higher value in all likliness, let me know your thoughts alternatively I can be reached at (I left the number out)

This e-mail sounds like a load of bullsh!t to me.

What do you guys think?

I would be careful of that statement because it seems that's his angle (if he indeed has one). It just seems a little iffy to me.
