Ubuntu/Vista dual boot Sleep problem

So I had Ubuntu and Vista acting nice together using the grub. But After i installed Win 7 I lost the grub. I have sense fixed it but had to boot off the second HD to use grub.

Now the problem is if i boot off of the second HD to use grub. And boot into vista sleep does not work. It just goes to the log in screen. But if i boot off the First HD, which uses vista bootloader sleep works perfect.

Anyone know how to fix this? I would like to add the Grub to the Vista bootloader but have not figured out how to do that. I have tried things like neogrub but havent got it to work.
