Ubuntu tools/addons help??

I am not even sure what to call it but I am looking to add this quick launch toolbar type of thing to my ubuntu 7.04 os.
Its kinda like the thing they have in mac osx??
The guy on this youtube vid seems to have it on the bottom of his screen.
I already have beryl and its on and working but I cannot find that quick launch thingy.

Oh and while I am at it how do you, when you rotate the beryl cube make it rotate so far out so you can see the whole cube in the middle of the screen and not just flip from page to page?

you should also give avant-window-navigator a try. There is a binary ubuntu package for it already on the internet.
