So i have win2k on the first partition of my laptop, then empty/unallocated space for ubuntu, then a fat32 partition that is holding the ubuntu iso.
C:\ is win2k ntfs
E:\ is fat32 holding the iso
my usb cdrom doesnt mount and the install stops after you choose the keyboard layout.
how could i make the cd rom fail at stage one so it can give me an option to do a HD install. and how can i find the location of the iso.
