Ubuntu 9.04 shutdown/restart timer.

I don't really have a problem with it, just seems kinda useless. You select shut down or restart from the menu, and the confirm box has a 60 second timer on it, after which it carries out whatever you selected. What's the point? Are people so lazy that they can't be bothered to click the confirm button? 😕
