Downloaded and installed on my laptop. Installing was a breeze even with UEFI secure boot.

My only complaint is Unity sucks so damn much. My work's openvpn connection works like charm when doing it through terminal but the GUI is flat out broken.

So, um, how's Chromebook support?

Don't worry, I'll find out before you can reply :). Recent Arch updates were not kind (no sleep, network dropouts, screen dimming doesn't work...it was fine just over a week ago!).

Treat Unity as a gateway to a better DE, and let it go...away. Get LXDE, KDE, XFCE, E, etc., ASAP.

dist-upgrade from 14.04 developer branch (ubuntu server) was working yesterday.

So I guess we'll start using that instead now. :)

Is anyone having trouble setting up shared folders with win 7 host and Ubuntu 14.04 Guest. I have done this numerous times with older versions of both Oracle box and various Ubuntu based Linux Distros
The error I see is
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on Tunes2,
missing codepage or helper program, or other error
(for several filesystems (e.g. nfs, cifs) you might
need a /sbin/mount.<type> helper program)
In some cases useful info is found in syslog - try
dmesg | tail or so
NOTE I do see sf_Tunes2 in the Media folder in 14.04 & I am running the current versions of Oracle Virtual Box and Guest Additions
Thanks in advance

I've had problems in the past with shared folders, and have gotten in the habit of just using network shares, instead.
