Ubuntu 10.04: Issue with file sharing. Samba + Webmin = :(

Disclaimer, I'm a total linux newb so I have no idea how to edit the file permissions in Samba inherently, so I'm using the latest Webmin version on Ubuntu 10.04 Server edition.

Basically, I'm having issues with files and directory inheriting the file permissions of the parents directory.

I've done everything listed here: http://doxfer.webmin.com/Webmin/SambaWindowsFileSharing

but that doesn't say anything about files and folders inheriting permissions from the parent directory.

When I connect to the network drive as a guest, or anyone (home network, no password needed, everyone only gets read access) they can SEE the 1st level of folders listed in the one parent share folder, but they can't go any deeper.

Can anyone help? Thanks!

P.S. - I've also posted this in the Linux forum, but there's more traffic here. Apologize for the double posting!
