I bought a refurbished 24" Sony GDM-W900 monitor and it was extremely extremely poorly packed and was received damaged. I requested an RMA and had a full refund 2 weeks later. I doubt seriously if I'll ever order from them again. At least not a large heavy item like a monitor that requires intelligence and care in packing.

They shipped and they'll be here today! I won the Auction the 26th of December. UBID ACTUALLY CAME THROUGH!! BWAHAHAHAHA!!!! I feel like a sucker cause they cost me $70, whereas they cost others $60. Who cares?! They usually go for well over $100 dollars!! YEAY!!

I have ordered many thing from ubid and have had no problems, I'm waiting on my 2 zip 250 usb drive that are NIB for only $99.

The problem with reseller ratings is that most people only post a rating when they have a bad experience.

I had a bad experience with them. I ordered HD490s(thank God they never shipped) and I waited 3 weeks before calling them to find out what the deal was. Turns out they didn't really have any in stock. Humph. Go figure.

I love Sennheiser. I have the Sennheiser HD525s and I thought they were the bomb. The 545s are more critically acclaimed and more comfortable. I can't wait!!! Now I want this:

Edit: Stay away from the 570s, illkid. Do yourself a favor and get 580s I'm a poor wanna-be audiophile, which is why I got the critically acclaimed 545s

I had a great experience with UBID! Well, I just got lucky I guess. To make a long story short, we bought two speakers, one arrived via Fed Ex, but only one. So, we called and asked them what was happening etc. They said they would call us back, never did. Three days went by and I checked my credit card to see if they had charged us only to find out that they had credited my credit card for one speaker. Two days later the second speaker arrived via UPS. UBID had no record of it because according to them, it was shipped via Fed Ex. There was a Fed Ex label on it, but it had accidentally been picked up by UPS. There was also a UPS label on it but it was the one from one warehouse to the next. Anyway, we ended up getting 2 speakers for the price of one!
Also, my friend ordered a DVD player from them and when it arrived, the box smooshed on one side, so he decided not to open it and he called them. They told him they would call him back etc. A week later, they still hadn't called him back, so he called them. They said that a Fed Ex driver was supposed to come by to get it, but since he hadn't, the lady told my friend to just throw the DVD player away and she would credit his credit his credit card! Sure enough, they credited his card and he opened the DVD player and it works! Just a small scratch on the top!
