here's the deal ... got a great buy on 2 Boxed Athlon Thunderbird 900 for about $20 - $25 cheaper than Pricewatch. i've never had a problem with them till now. first they shipped late. then they shipped ONE Thunderbird 900 and ONE Duron 750. i'm sure any fool can read the numbers but h*ll no !!!
anyway ... their customer service 888 number is engaged. and their e-mail responses are kinda of like FedEx. guaranteed to be delivered by 10 o'clock the next day. not to mention that they said the fastest way to solve the problem is to e-mail them.
first email. said they would charge me for another athlon T and credit me once i return their Duron. i said no. i just wanted to return the Duron. next e-mail. said they'll accept all defective products as long as i included all materials and invoice. well HELLO could we have a little more coordination please !!!! i'm writing to them again to be clear.
hopefully this works out but i just want to know if any Anandtechers had problems like this???
