ubid.com, are they reliabe?

Looking at a monitor on ubid.com, it's very cheap and I've seen them on there before (same model, a week or two ago).

I tried reseller ratings and they have a rating of about 2, most of the complaints seemed to be overcharging shipping on small items. Anyone here hav experience with them? I don't want to spend 100$ to ship a monitor.

i have bought lots of stuff off Ubid so has my brother. Exlelent results. WILL buy from them again

EDIT: yes the shipping is a lil high. but teh stuff i bought was so cheep teh shipping didnt mattter cause it was still cheeper with it

Do they just overcharge shipping on lower priced items? Has anyone had them charge high shipping for large things (IE monitors )

i just looked at their moniters and they are chargin 85$ for a 78Lb moniter its a 21inch. now that isnt really that bad for something that big. UPS woudl charge you about that to ship somethin that big possibily more

Beware of the shipping charges! They can be unbelievable. Also the can tell you after you won that the product isn't availablel

And BEWARE of this telemarketing scam!

With all that I've heard about them I'll probably never buy from them.
