Uber's Family Profile cannot be created

Strange, I was about to setup a Family profile in the Uber iOS app, but following the instructions isn't possible. The only profile I can add is a business profile, not a Family profile. I even ventured out to the wikiHow page on how to setup a Family profile and the screen captures they provide have me in the right place within the Settings/Profiles section, but apparently the Family profile is not an option for me--only business.

Ideas? I guess I could setup Lyft.

Lyft is still scummy but WAY less so than Uber, so that seems like a good route.

Where are you located? Some Uber features are often location blocked.

I'm in the United States, and I know about the feature from a friend that has his kids on it. I'm now wondering if they have removed the feature or something. I can see on their help webpage about how to create and delete a business account, but the only thing related to Family profile is managing an existing one. No way of asking them in time.
