The file is in my temp folder, I have scanned with KAV and Spybot.

Neither program has found anything, but the text has me concerned.

The UAD.txt file is a registry entry used with UAD Powered Plug-Ins v4.7.0, it's an audio plugin. Heres a Link to the release notes for UAD. If you're not using UAD then try running hijackthis and post the log file, you can also try running F-Secure, if there's any nasties that will find them. Beyond that I would suggest deleting the file, if it doesn't appear again and antivirus scans don't turn up anything than I wouldn't worry about it.

If you don't remember downloading and installing UAD than it might have been packed with another piece of software.

BTW F-Secure needs internet explorer 6 or higher to work, there is also a beta vista scanner.
