Quite possibly the best looking NUC case yet. :thumbsup::thumbsup: Fanless too! (although continuous usage at 100% cpu is not recommended).

That would look pretty nice in a home theater!

My only gripe is that you have to pay for an (expensive) aftermarket case and lose functionality - it looks nice, but you can't keep it running at 100%? What if you want to watch a 1080p movie for 2 hours and it pegs the CPU during that time? Plus the new Haswell NUC line coming out has an IR port & more front USB ports, so this is already incompatible. Bah, technology! :p

I wonder why people arent just 3D printing these things? It would only cost $10 a unit in qtys of 500 or so. Hell even just one prototype would only cost about $100 from i.Materialize

You mean CNC, right? Most 3D printers only do plastics.

You can't 3D print metal and you can't have a passively cooled PC without metal.
