u3 Jump Drives Any Good

Does anyone have a flash drive with someone called u3? It seems to have a panel for you to launch thunderbird or desktop sinc w/ something called migo and an antivirus. Are these any good and is it possible to disable the autolaunch? Or are there alternatives that have the same capability that isn't so intrusive? thanks in advance

yes you can disable the launch. i really hated u3 so i just uninstalled it ( it was on u3's site too).

portableapps.com JUST came out with their u3 alternative. im using it now and it works great.
