U Use Useful Utilities?

What useful or even useless utilities/applicatons do you use often? firewalls...chat progs..browsers...seti@home...etc?

I always have the following running:

AIM w/ DeadAim addon.
IE w/ the google toolbar.
DUmeter (bandwidth meter)
CoolMon (displays all/any comp status on desktop - temps, time, usage, etc...)
Kazaa Lite @ home, Direct Connect @ college.

also every now and then I run Adaware and Windows Defrag. (Don't have anti virus - every time I get an antivirus programs it deletes crucial files and don't have firewall due to gaming interferance).
