It's all about the end of uncertanty. It would have done the same with Kerry. Once that wears off, then things may improve, and they may not.

Uhhh, no. Markets would have been waaaay down if Kerry would have won. Everyone knows Dems = bad for business, bad for markets. That's why the market went down yesterday after exit poll data was leaked.

The markets usually go up when a Republican wins. I actually banked on it. :)

Of course history also shows the market goes up under Dem presidents...

If Kerry won, I wouldn't have shorted. Nay, I would have sat on my hands. When Bush won, I immediately knew to go long.
