I can't find any articles devoted to this topic on the net. And I'm trying to find mention of it any web research on cyber warfare. There must a U.S. military study, even if just a few paragraphs about the possibility of American VIPs in office seeking help from China or Russia to cyber attack U.S. financial systems and our infrastructure.
Sabotage such as that would probably only happen if there was a popular uprising and the U.S. government was using oppressive tactics against the people. Our government is designed in part to prevent that. Don't you think it would be a little naïve if U.S. authorities haven't studied the possibility of it happening?
For anyone who thinks I'm a nutcase conspiracy theorist then find one article on the net that derides, mocks, or puts down the thread title. Or that talks about it. If none are found then I suppose you could say I have a problem.
