How can we ever expect to have a NHS when common sense is thown out the window?

You can bet your ass that if regulations become medicine we'll hear apologies galore. If anyone wants to see what's going to happen I suggest look at the lovefest going on with Holder and Issa. Somehow that will all magically disappear and the greatest qualities of humanity will flower to create the greatest thing in the history of man. Yep.

Politics isn't everything, it's the only thing.

I just saw this on google news. To be fair, schools do this because the government treats sunscreen as an OTC drug, but it really is insane what our school districts have become.
