Except in SimCity you could always summon a tornado or a godzilla monster to take care of them.

That can be done in reality too. A POTUS can turn a harmless sandbox dictator into a pressing national security concern at will.

Implementing it.

As I understand it, you need a 50% vote majority to pass spending bills and need a 66% vote majority for tax increases...
In that case, just cut spending till you reach zero since it's much easier to cut spending than to raise taxes in California.

Can you put the con artists from wall st. to work actually doing something productive instead of consuming billions while producing nothing? If not then you can't win.
