Fallujah is a lot more than most people think. It's not just the HQ of most insurgency/terrorist groups, it's the Iraqi stronghold for wahabism... hence the Saudi "scholars" issuing a fatwa saying that aiding the allies is a sin and helping the insurgency is a jihad obligation. Retaking this city and establishing order has huge religious and political implications beyond a tactical battle.

Once again my patience with Saudi Arabia is wearing thin. The main "scholar" is basically an Al-Qaeda go-between, who the Saudis broke a deal with: He gets Al-Qaeda to back off inciting religious upheavel and violence within the Kingdom, and they let this wahabi fvcker continue Al-Qaeda's propaganda work outside the royal limits.

This administration had better sit down with these people and have some very serious conversations. If they can't control these idiots who are telling people to fight us, maybe a few well-placed cruise missles can do it for them.

Your patience with the Saudis is wearing thin? Tell the Bush Dynasty, maybe they'll end their long business relationship with them. :disgust:
Your assertion that the "terrishsts" are all in Falluja is wrong too. They'll just move around. You've got a motivated populace more than willing to help any foreign fighters. The U.S. won't end the "insurgency" (people fighting for their lives and homeland) by attacking one city.

They don't want freedom. They want a theocracy of their doing, so your statement is not only disingenuous, but sick. Really, just another troll post.

Arsbanned, who the hell said ALL terrorists are in fallujah? Who said this operation will rid the country of crime and violence? Who are you arguing with... yourself?

Fighting for their lives and homeland! (as if that somehow lends legitimacy to them). Yeah, just some regular patriots... I think your aluminum beanie is on a little too snug.

Sorry, just hard to get excited about these battles... Yippee! Go team!

The only thing I hope for is for these soldiers to come home safe. That's it.

IMHO, the battle should be renamed to Operation Phantom Justification.

What a useless battle.... even if Fallujah is razed nothing will be accomplished. Is anyone surprised that Bush waited until AFTER the election to start this battle?
