France, Germany and Russia? Boo hoo.

The fact that you think those are the only ones shows ignorant you are. Have you bothered to wonder what this thread was about? And only the Blair government is allied with you. Most of Britain are against this war.

The problem with the US is their lack of acceptance of responsibilities. You see this in everyday America with the rise in placing blame on others for their behaviors (ie smoking and eating), in the rise of lawsuits, and in excuses such as what you've come up with:

The consequences of being the greatest nation on earth are that you have plenty of detractors and plenty of responsibilities...some of which give ammo to those same detractors. It's a tough job...alot tougher than hissing from the sidelines

All they are are excuses. Start accepting responsibilities for what you're doing and maybe the world will start being more sympathetic.

My goodness but you do have a bee in your bonnet 😉 Seems nothing we do suits you.

I don't care for your sympathy nor your approval. Understand that and you can stop wasting your time trying to save me.

the winner here of course is eBay. they get paid the non-refundable auction listing fee either way, so lets all agree to hate eBay together, okay?!

so in theory, you could use ebay own policy of sellers being able to restrict who they are selling to as long as it is stated in the auction. then you can put in your auction "We refuse the right to sell to humans."

and then each auction you could theoretically not go thru with it unless the of course bidder is a dog or alien

"We refuse the right to sell to humans...because many of them are morons."

I suppose you could...(unless some eBay TOS says otherwise)..but you'd end up paying the listing fee.

This reminds me of the brouhaha over the Augusta golf club. It is a private club, paid for by it's members, but some people feel the need to try and force them to change. Maybe in the future Socialist state of Canada that kind of crap can fly, but here in the US we have the right to associate with whomever we want......

For now.....

Are some of you saying he doesn't have the right to do it?

What if a seller stated he would not sell to Saudi Arabia because they support Wahabism and Terrorism and kill people who sell Bibles and talk about Christianity in their country?

**RANT**What actually gets my goat, is that too many Canadians support American companies. If Canadians kept their money in Canada, perhaps we would have enough money to increase our military and social programs ect...

But because of the power of the buck we spend our money in the States, supporting american companies so they can come up here and buy out our companies or just invade us with their companies....ie walmart, best buy, home depot....

I'm certainly not innocent of this myself...but from this day forward I will be looking at more Canadian companies to spend my dollars in.**RANT DONE**

That's like the fine print at the bottom of a contract - you're legally bound to it. Guy didn't read it - his damn fault. So what if the seller was biased vs Canadians - that's his right as the seller, just like it's anyone's right here to say "the US is wrong in the war vs Saddam" or "Bush is an idiot". Just making a big deal out of nothing
