putting them in jail is not the answer. Really truancy? She was put in jail over her child skipping school.

that's just fucked up. jail the child not the adult.
IMHO, jail the kids wouldn't solve the problem. It would make more sense to send her kids for adoption through legal means, if she is deemed unfit to raise them.

Whats your solution Dave to unpaid fines? Tickets would mean nothing. I could speed around at 100mph putting lives at danger, get pulled over, ticketed and tear up ticket in cops face. Imagine 330m people acting this way. Whats your solution?

One more unproductive member of society cleansed from this world. Unrepentant debtors should die in prison.

So initial reports are natural causes... meaning she most likely was dead no matter where she was. Having a hard time being outraged.

Dinino had the option to pay $2,000 in fines but she couldn’t afford it, reports The Washington Post.

The sentencing judge, Dean R. Patton, said he sentenced the mother to jail reluctantly. He later criticized the sentencing guidelines he said he was required to follow.

Pretty disgusting looking at the people in here that support jailing her and glad she died there.

You are confusing the two.

She went to jail to pay off a fine owed to the government - good.

She died there - not good.

A lot of judges will let people do community service instead of going to jail.

Lets see, she did not have a job and did not do community service. That says a lot about her character right there.

Wooot! Lets go out and party! you're buying!

I got so plastered last weekend I had a hangover for 2 days.

Read a couple of articles about this and you know her character and life story? Really?

"Did something happen? Was she scared to death?" said District Judge Dean R. Patton, who reluctantly sent DiNino to the Berks County jail Friday after she failed to pay the debt for four years.

He described her as "a lost soul," and questioned Pennsylvanian laws that criminalize such lapses as truancy or failing to pay a trash bill.

"This lady didn't need to be there," Patton said. "We don't do debtors prisons anymore. That went out 100 years ago."

Where did I say I know her character?

Where did I say I know her life story?

Are you drunk?

Did you not write the post that I replied to? The post where you wrote:
