well, it was within a newsletter sent out by IT. and it was within a newsletter stating that it is easy to set up a PIN for our new company-wide portal

then they just say,

"As an added bonus, the [company portal] team is offering an Apple iPod to one individual who sends us a deciphered version of this communication headline: U ? PC = PH. "

I'm baffled.
