TZ77XE4 not working w/ four RAM modules at 1866Mhz

My mobo is bio* TZ77XE4. I have four modules of http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820220562 at 1.65V. I already know from the review that this mobo is the most lacking at memory overclocking for all four modules. I got what I paid for. The mobo only allows up to 1600 MHz at auto voltage settings for four modules. I get Memtest86 errors at multiplier 18 or 18.67 at all possible range of DRAM voltages for all four modules (for both manual and XMP). What other settings can I change for it to work w/ 18 or 18.67 mulitpliers?
