He says he is done now, but his creditors will remind him that he owes them $40 million. He'll surely be back again, at least a few more fights.

Yup.
It's a shame, too, because you can tell that Tyson really doesn't want to fight. He doesn't train seriously, and as a result he has no endurance anymore. He goes for the KO and then gets winded. He admitted in the interview that he hasn't kept track of the sport in years and has no idea who any of the new fighters are.
Drinking and partying don't increase your endurance. If Tyson WANTED to become a great boxer again he could have, but that requires year-round training, which he has no desire to do. But no, his creditors just prop him up in the ring and snatch the money that he owes them.
Tyson was like a wild horse with enormous potential. It took a special trainer to control him. Once that trainer died, the horse returned to the wild and became wasted potential again.

Why the F*ck does this has been get such big payday fights? he has been done for the past 10 years. there are other boxers out there that should have been in the ring instead of him.
Tyson, who was incredibly winning on two of the three scorecards even with the deductions. He led 57-55 on two while McBride was ahead 57-55 on the other.

He quit because he clearly wasn't going to make it through the next round, thus his lead up to that point was meaningless. He barely made it through the 6th round, resorting to arm bars and head butts.

I would feel sorry for him if he had'nt be such a asshole when he was on top.
