What's wrong with a review of products? He's talking about something specific -- the sound. He didn't just say, "This thing sucks, don't buy it." He said that he wanted to use his for listening to mp3s -- something lots of people use PDAs for -- and he's saying that, in his opinion, the sound isn't that great.

Discussions of deals is what this forum is all about. Otherwise, there would just be one post per topic, and that would be it.

I used the word "possibly" for the specific reason of saying that you might be disappointed in this unit, even for $399, if you don't really know what it does and if you don't really have a use for it. I didn't say the unit sucks; to the contrary, it's very nice. I just know that when I see you can get something that's worth $699 for only $399, it's very tempting to jump on it without thinking it through. I only meant to give people some food for thought before they go rush out to grab something that may not be their cup of tea, simply because it's a hot deal.

And if you don't like it, I apologi...no wait...you can kiss my a$$.
