Typical.....and it gets better***UPDATE***

Well if you saw recently i posted that my drum went on my brother printer. Debating to buy a new printer, i decide to buy a new drum for 150 after coupons. I did this b/c i bought 2 new toners for this particular printer.


So i ordered thursday from officemax. It is expected tomorrow in the mail. So i go online tonight to print out some stuff for school on the broken drum and hope that i can read what i need to through the black.


I flip the first page over, its white. Then the 2nd, its white. The 3rd and so on. There was a black line on the edge, but all i did was take out the drum, move some tab back to the left, and its gone. Now i have pure white pages with clear text, as opposed to black pages with text somewhere in it.

I did take apart the drum on wednesday of last week, and used a can of air to blow god knows what out of it. I also broke a tab inside so i figured i broke it and just ordered a new one the next day since it was still doing the black page thing.

I have NO IDEA what caused this thing to work now, beats the hell out of me.

Now i gotta go to office max and return this thing, im not even gonna open the box when i get it.

NOW.....there is a recall on my printer. It will burst into flames.


I've had it for 3 years now. I guess im fortunate it hasnt happened yet.
