I just realized how I won't be using any of my PCI slots for things like audio, video, port expansion, or the Internet since its all integated on my MoBo.. so my question is, what else is out there that I could buy to make my box look less empty and still help me out somehow?

SCSI
Slot cooler
Secondary video

I'm not sure why you'd want to fill your PCI slots primarily for looks.

Not for looks per say, and I don't want to fill them just to fill them, I just want to know whats out there that could help me since I got all the usual PCI card provided essentials on my board. Now a slow cooler sounds like something I'm talking about, whats it do exactly?

Slot coolers are basically useless. They exhaust air out of the case and you mount them in a PCI slot. Since there isn't much hot air in that area of the case, they're only useful for producing noise.

I have a TV tuner, soundcard (better sound and more fps than onboard) and a secondary video card in my main rig. I also have a bracket for the vu meter on my Coolermaster Musketeer and extra usb ports taking up a couple slots.

secondary video card(use up to four monitors)
much better sound card+better speakers(so you can get better than telephone sound)j/k
firewire(for storage/DV transfer if u have a camcorder)
WIFI(802.11g) wireless(ditch the LAN cable)
TV/HDTV tuner(watch better than dvd quality shows/movies over the air)
RAID/SCSI or both(hard drive expansive or RAID5 for performance/redundancy)

lol, thanks for reviving, lord knows how you came across this, I think Imma leave the slots bare for now though seeing as I use headphones, one monitor, one HD, and have a router 3 feet away from the case. I was looking into getting one of those error diagnostic cards, but my Neo4 comes with a D-bracket with 2 USB ports are a 4 LED light setup that does the same thing.
