I've always been the adventurous type when it comes to food. The only thing I won't eat is blood in any form. I probably won't go for reproductive organs either.

I was thinking there are alot of my childhood foods that I haven't had in years, probably decades... some just aren't easily available... others I found out ingredients/how they were made... others just fell off the radar.

1. potted meat - turned off by watching food channel and seeing how it was made
2. vienna sausages - just haven't bought any
3. goat eyes - grandfather used to roast a goat head and then pretty much eat everything that wasn't bone
4. cow brain - i've tried it, not crazy about it
5. spam - stopped for health reasons, but i see a can of that stuff in my immediate future
6. pigs feet - when i lived at home there was always a jar in the fridge

Edit: spelling

Milk - most nasty drink ever known to man
Bratwurst and most really fatty meats like Sausage. I'm getting older time to start thinking about heart.

I never ate sugary stuff so nothing to give up. Hate sweets though.

Popcorn.

When I was a kid I loved the stuff, but after a point my body had just decided that I was done with it, and now I can no longer eat or even want to smell it.

Anything with alot of sugar in it, candy or cereal. Its too sweet for me to eat anymore.
How about stuff that you used to never eat as a kid that you like now? for me that's pickles.

I don't think I've *stopped* eating anything per se, but I've definitely reduced consumption of lots of stuff. Sugary cereals (Honey Bunches of Oats can be bought in bulk and tastes great without having too much sugar), some types of fish, fast food (burgers, KFC), french salad dressing, soda, candy, candy corn...

There's a lot of food I loved as a kid I can't stand now. Yogurt, avocado, and mushrooms top the list.

Easy mac. Too much freshman/sophomore years of college.
Bagel bites. Too much sophomore year.
Pizza rolls. Too much junior year.
Pop/Soda/Coke. It's bad for you. Only ever have it with liquor now.

I do all I can to avoid spaghetti, pork chops, and a few other foods that I ate way too often as a kid.

We ate a lot of meat growing up: steaks, pork chops, roast, etc. I never really enjoyed eating "chunks of meat", so I no longer eat stuff like that.

I eat everything I used to just smaller quantities of it. Well, except soft drinks with calories; I'd rather eat more foods I like than drink.

Soda. I used to drink over 2L per day when I was working outside. I got out of the habit, and it's too sweet for me now. I'll get the occasional small, and that scratches the itch, but that's all I need. The old school 10oz bottles are perfect for me.

Potato chips. I just don't like them that much, and if I'm going to eat something that's really unhealthy I want it to be delicious as well.

potato chips ... never really cared for them, unhealthy, and not delicious, so don't eat at all now.

grilled cheese sandwich ... was the ONLY thing my little brother would eat for about 10 years ... got so sick of them by the time he was 4 years old that I vowed never to eat one again.

French Fries ... these things are tasty, but also horrible for me. I still eat them from time to time, but, I don't eat them on a regular basis, and I now stick to a smaller size... so my consumption is probably down about 90%

Pop ... I used to drink like 2-3 liters of mountain dew or RC cola daily. Now, I consume maybe 1 liter per 2 months. I like how they taste, and I like the caffeine, but just not worth it from a calorie perspective, and diet pop tastes like crap, so I stick to coffee/tea/water now. (no sugar, no cream!!! And not that garbage powdered 'tea' from a can with all kinds of sugar and other contaminants.)
