Types of Doctors

There is a specialty of geriatrics, or elderly care medicine (and several other names). If there is a cutoff, then it can vary from place to place, but is often 70 or even 75.

Anyway, off the top of my head:
Elderly care physician
Geriatrician
Gerontologist
